Through a collaborative process therapy can help the client fully realize their strengths and full potential. Helping the client understand that by adjusting certain behaviors and thoughts can help see things with a different perspective, a healthier way.
My practice includes the treatment of excessive worry, anxiety, stress management, phobias, panic attacks, offering guidance with lifestyle changes to improve health and quality of life. I also treat a wide –range of other mental health concerns, including chronic pain, coping with illness, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues.
