I am a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist and a Registered Yoga Instructor with extensive training in Mindfulness. I can teach you to examine thinking patterns, and incorporate techniques that can improve the overall quality of your life.
I will help you learn strategies, which can enable you to deal with chronic, worry and stress in more manageable ways. Working with depression, anxiety, OCD, Trauma and life transitions are just some of the specialties I work with. In addition any students in need of supervisory hours to satisfy requirements to obtain your LPC I am available to provide them and would be more than happy to discuss this with you.
